3.    Physical Copies: Clients may request printed copies of reports, with transit and courier charges borne by the customer. Acumen Research and Consulting is not liable for damages during transit. Re-issuance of damaged copies incurs additional charges.
4.    Payments and Refunds: Due to the nature of our services, refunds are generally not accepted once payment is processed. We advise reviewing all report details before purchase. Annual subscriptions are non-refundable for unused months.
5.    Free Customization: We offer 10% free customization on existing reports. Any additional customization exceeding 10% of the total report price will incur charges, subject to our discretion and report scope.
